# Alert Destinations

Alert destinations are specific locations or platforms where notifications about configured alerts are sent. Users configure alert destinations to ensure they are promptly informed through their preferred communication channels whenever an alert is triggered.\
Currently supported destinations are:

* Zenduty
* Slack
* Webhook
* Mattermost
* ChatWork
* PagerDuty
* OpsGenie
* ServiceNow
* SMS (Twilio)
* ilert

To add new alert destinations, navigate **Explore > Integrations > Alert Destinations**
