To add a new email destination for alerts, follow these steps:

1. Click on **New Alert Destination > Email**.
2. Fill in the **Name** of the destination.
3. Enter the **Email Address** to receive notifications.
4. Optionally, configure the **Subject Template** for email content. The default is `Alert {alert_name} changed status to {state}`. Use keywords in **{}** to access variables like **alert\_name**, **state**, **severity**, **alert\_url**, and **query\_url**.
5. After entering the details, click **Create**.

The new email destination will now be available as an option when creating or editing alerts.
